Ramp 'N' Rize Return and Exchange Policy
We want all our customers to love their new athletic wear. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order due to size, fit, color, or condition, we offer free refunds and exchanges on qualifying items. Returns are free using our prepaid return labels or by returning in-person to a Ramp ‘N’ Rize location.
What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
- Clothing items in their original condition.
- Clothing items in a slightly used condition.
- If you don’t love your new gear after your first workout, you can return it within 45 days of purchasing.
- Damaged or defective items.
- Please note:
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Accessories must be returned with all pieces included and intact.
How long do I have to return or exchange my online purchase?
- You have 45 days to return or exchange items purchased from our online store. To receive a refund for items returned by mail, items must be received at our facility within 45 days of ordering. Please allow 5-7 days for return mail.
How much is the return shipping fee for online purchases?
- The shipping for returns and/or exchanges on items from our online store are free.
How will I receive a refund for my order?
- Refunds on returned items require proof of purchase. Valid proofs of purchase include: shipping confirmation email, original order packaging, or the credit card number used for the purchase.
- Once you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to process.
Can online items be returned at a Ramp 'N' Rize location?
- Yes, you can return items that have been purchased through our online store at any Ramp 'N' Rize location within 45 days of your purchase.
Can items purchased at a Ramp 'N' Rize location be returned by mail?
- Items purchased at a Ramp 'N' Rize location must be returned to the original location where the purchase was made.
